Job summary

Mindlance invites an experienced UAT Test Manager to join a 12-month project in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on wire payments, defect management, and coordinating cross-functional testing teams in a hybrid work environment.

• 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience.
• 4+ years of wire payment experience, including creating and processing wire transactions.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.

Job Title: UAT Test Manager – Wire Payments

Duration: 12 months- Possibly for Extension/conversion

In this role, you will:

Lead daily meetings socializing all defects with impacted partners.

Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of wire payment experience, including creating and processing wire transactions, with a strong understanding of wire workflows, industry-standard payment structures, and creditor/debtor requirements.
