Qualifications

• 3+ years of cable assembly experience
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
• Experience working in a QMS environment
• Familiarity with ESD, FOD, and safety protocols
• Desire to mentor and lead others

Responsibilities

• Build complex cable/wire harness assemblies to specification with minimal supervision
• Interpret customer drawings and parts and develop assembly plans
• Lead, mentor, and train junior assemblers; serve as go-to technical resource
• Meet/exceed build times and manage KPI
• Follow all ESD, FOD, AS9100, and safety protocols
• Initiate corrective action on any product, process, or QMS non-conformity
• Create production notes and assembly aids
