Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on wire and cable harness assembly experience.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs.
• Experience supporting First Article Assembly (FAI) builds.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform wire and cable harness assembly operations, including point-to-point wiring, harness routing, lacing, and tie-down.
• Hand solder and de-solder wires and connectors using through-hole techniques.
• Crimp, terminate, and secure wires and connectors with hand and crimp tools.
• Assemble wire harnesses per electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Support First Article Assembly builds and provide feedback to engineering and manufacturing.
• Install and route wires to meet electrical, mechanical, and workmanship requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections, go/no-go testing, and basic continuity testing.
• Troubleshoot wiring defects and perform rework or repair on rejects.
• Follow safety procedures and complete production documentation and quality logs.
