Job summary

Senra Systems, Inc. is seeking an entry to mid-level assembler to manufacture wire harnesses for aerospace and defense. You will cut wires, run complex machinery, and label applications, interpreting schematics and performing basic electrical tests to ensure quality.

You will collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and iterate on the factory process, document development steps, and adapt to new tools as the team grows. This onsite role is in Cypress, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture wire harnesses for aerospace and defense applications.
• Cut wires, run complex machinery, and label applications.
• Interpret schematics and perform basic electrical tests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and improve processes.
• Write documentation for development processes and operations.
• Support ad-hoc projects to boost output and on-call rotation later.
