Qualifications

• Three years machining experience required.
• Able to read blueprints and tolerance drawings.
• Knowledge of lean initiatives and SPC is a plus.
• Experience with Wire EDM and CNC setup preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wire EDM responsibilities: create/modify/optimize wire EDM programs based on prints.
• Machine operation: operate Wire EDM to meet tolerances and specs.
• Inspection & quality: verify dimensions with precision tools and document results.
• Process improvement & documentation: troubleshoot and improve cycle times and scrap reduction.
• Other Machining Responsibilities: setup/run multiple machines and maintain tooling and setups.
