Job summary

On a daily basis you will set up EDM machines, inspect parts, perform maintenance, read blueprints, and document processes to ensure safety and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Wire EDM machine.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Understanding and application of GD&T.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes.
• Background in R&D, prototyping, or high‑mix environments.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, and operate EDM machines
• Inspect parts produced to verify conformance to quality standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure that it is running properly
• Choose correct program and enter all necessary parameters into machine control
• Clean and conduct preventative maintenance of machines
• Keeps equipment and work area clean and organized
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, height gage, and indicators
• Other duties may be assigned
