Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a Senior Windows Systems Engineer to design, automate, and optimize high-availability Windows infrastructures in a fast-paced environment. You will craft PowerShell automation, DR/monitoring pipelines, and cross-functional tooling to reduce manual work.

Experience with Citrix CVAD is a strong plus, along with Grafana/Prometheus observability stacks. On-site Philadelphia relocation support is available; US citizen/GC required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Architect, manage, and support large-scale virtualized environments across multi-hypervisor architectures.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation modules and tooling (DSC) to reduce manual configuration.
• Build telemetry and observability pipelines using Grafana, Prometheus, and Telegraf for real-time monitoring.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex enterprise infrastructure across global environments.
• Collaborate with software development and production teams to scale and streamline solutions.
