Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years managing mid-large Windows Server environments.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, SQL, and VMware.
• Strong Windows security hardening, patching, and upgrades knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Self-motivated with interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning.
• Covid vaccination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configures and supports enterprise-scale Windows Server environments across on-premise, virtual, VMware, Citrix, and Nutanix.
• Monitors system health and performance using monitoring tools (LogicMonitor).
• Responds to urgent incidents, including after-hours and weekends.
• Participates in infrastructure planning, lifecycle management, and modernization.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support production systems.
• Implements security best practices including antivirus, encryption, and authentication.
• Leads or assists with server migrations, software implementations, or cloud integration.
• Performs regular maintenance and optimizations for system performance.
