  • Execute monthly security scans, implement remediation measures, and deploy security patches/updates to designated environments.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software system failures.
  • Communicate system outages, publish maintenance status updates, and proactively alert stakeholders to infrastructure delays that may impact operational functions.
  • Author and maintain comprehensive, precise technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Plan and execute IT modernization enhancements while supporting program project milestones.
  • Support operations and maintenance troubleshooting on an on-call rotation as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of dedicated Windows systems administration experience.
  • Security & Governance: Minimum 7 years of experience in information security management, demonstrating knowledge of security governance, risk management, compliance, and operational security functions.
Core Technical Competencies (5+ years of hands-on experience with each):

  • Designing, configuring, and managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Microsoft Exchange administration, including Exchange Management Shell.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Windows Command Line, PowerShell, and automated PowerShell scripting.
  • Direct experience with IAVA management and vulnerability remediation processes.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, VMware virtualization, and core enterprise networking concepts (switches, routers, LANs, and cabling infrastructure).
  • Demonstrated commitment to change management protocols, maintenance windows, and ITIL best practices.
Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with network security technologies, including multi-domain architectures, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), SSPs, and vulnerability scanning tools.
  • Experience with enterprise data center deployment, including rack-and-stack, power planning, and hardware placement.
  • Direct experience administering VMware vSphere environments.
  • Experience with configuration automation frameworks such as Ansible or SaltStack.
  • Prior background serving as a System Administrator supporting software configuration management and development pipelines.
