Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT systems administration with Microsoft technologies.
• 5+ years of experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• 3+ years of experience managing and directing the activities of others.
• Ability to work off-hours as job tasks require.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members; provide guidance and performance reviews.
• Own patch and vulnerability management for servers and infrastructure.
• Coordinate audits with internal and external resources and ensure remediation.
• Manage IT projects from evaluation to deployment and troubleshooting.
