Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer to lead the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Windows Server estate and related services.

You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex Level 3 incidents, drive root cause analysis, mentor junior engineers, and advance automation, security hardening, and hybrid cloud operations across AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise Windows infrastructure experience.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management.
• Experience with AWS and Azure in hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, maintenance, and optimization of Windows Server infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Level 3 incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, authentication services, and identity solutions.
• Drive vulnerability remediation, security hardening, and patch management.
• Design and maintain automation using PowerShell and orchestration tools.
• Support hybrid cloud operations across AWS and Azure, including migrations.
