Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Operating Systems.
• Manage fixes, updates, and enhancements; test and troubleshoot systems.
• Provide end-user support and maintain backups and documentation.
• Create and maintain system configurations and SOPs.
• Perform backups/restoration and monitor system health.
• Research and recommend new technologies and future system purchases.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Possess knowledge of enterprise frameworks and methodologies.
• Coordinate with security and compliance requirements.
