Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator in Virginia to oversee Unix/Linux/Windows system administration, security updates, and related infrastructure. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, IAT Level 2 certification, and at least six years of experience across Unix, Linux, Windows, and associated tools.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining OSes, applying system fixes, conducting testing and performance optimization, and providing end-user support.

Qualifications

• Six years minimum of system administration experience.
• Must hold DoD Secret security clearance and be able to obtain SSBI.
• IAT Level 2 certification required under DoD Directive 8140.01.
• Life-long DoD 8140.01 IAT Level 2 certification maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain operating systems.
• Manage fixes, updates, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Provide end-user support and assist with account and access management.
• Document SOPs and maintain backups and restoration processes.
• Research new technologies and advise on future systems and purchases.
