Job summary

IPSecure, Inc. is seeking a Windows Engineer III with TS/SCI clearance for JBSA Lackland, San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include designing, deploying, and securing Windows Server environments, managing AD/DNS/DHCP, and integrating with virtualization, storage, and cloud services.

Requires 8+ years in enterprise Windows Server engineering and active TS/SCI clearance. Preferred experience with DoD/Federal environments, DISA STIGs, RMF, A&A, and automation using PowerShell/DSC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 8+ years of enterprise Windows Server engineering experience.
• Experience with DoD, Federal, or large enterprise environments.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, PowerShell, VMware, patch management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Administer AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Support OS deployments, migrations, upgrades, and tech refresh.
• Integrate Windows with virtualization, storage, and cloud.
• Manage Windows Server across multiple security enclaves.
• Handle authentication, file, print, and certificate services.
• Capacity planning, performance tuning, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Apply DISA STIG configurations.
• Support RMF, A&A, vulnerability remediation, POA&M and audits.
• Apply security patches and maintain baselines.
• Provide Tier III engineering support.
• Respond to outages and maintenance windows.
• Develop automation with PowerShell and DSC.
• Support infrastructure automation and IaC.
