Job summary

IPSecure, Inc. is seeking a Windows Engineer III to design, implement, and sustain enterprise Windows Server environments in support of DoD cyber operations at JBSA Lackland, San Antonio, TX.

This senior role requires TS/SCI clearance and DoD-facing experience. The candidate will manage Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, GPOs, and Microsoft services, while driving automation with PowerShell, DSC, and IaC practices across secure enclaves.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 8+ years of enterprise Windows Server engineering experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, PowerShell, VMware integration, backup and recovery, and enterprise patch management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Support operating system deployments, migrations, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Integrate Windows infrastructure with virtualization, storage, and cloud environments.
• Administer Windows Server operating systems across multiple security enclaves.
• Manage enterprise authentication, file, print, and certificate services.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Implement DISA STIG-compliant configurations.
• Support RMF, A&A, vulnerability remediation, POA&M activities, and audit readiness.
• Apply security patches and maintain secure baselines.
• Provide Tier III engineering support for enterprise Windows infrastructure.
• Respond to outages and infrastructure failures.
• Support maintenance windows, COOP testing, and mission travel.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and Desired State Configuration (DSC).
• Support infrastructure automation, Checklist-as-Code, and modernization initiatives.
