Job summary

QBE, LLC is seeking a Senior Windows Engineer at Fort Gordon, GA to maintain and improve Windows systems in a virtualized GEOINT enterprise. You will analyze, engineer, automate, and troubleshoot and deliver configured virtual servers for GEOINT sites.

You will translate user requirements into automation, assess system capabilities, and coordinate planning and resources to keep environments stable and secure. Collaborate with program leaders and analysts to ensure performance and security.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience in systems administration/engineering.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Expert knowledge of virtualization technologies, specifically Red Hat OpenShift.
Cyber certification: DoDM 8140.03 baseline and CE certification before privileged access.

Responsibilities

Analyze, engineer and improve Windows systems running in a virtualized enterprise.
Automate and improve systems, troubleshoot problems, and deliver configured virtual servers for GEOINT sites.
Assess system capabilities and recommend software that closes gaps.
Coordinate planning, leadership and resources to keep people and work moving.
