Job summary

Ascension Federal Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned engineer to support a Scalable GEOINT program by safeguarding and sustaining Windows services across the enterprise.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows environments, manage Active Directory, and deploy software with MECM, while implementing STIGs and vulnerability remediation. Applicants must have 7–10+ years in systems administration, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and expert virtualization experience with Red Hat

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in systems administration/engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level virtualization knowledge, specifically Red Hat OpenShift.
• Red Hat OpenShift Administration certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory services and support approved identity, access, and Group Policy changes.
• Automate configuration and software deployment using MECM and other approved tools.
• Apply STIGs, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, and approved change controls.
• Coordinate virtual infrastructure, backups, availability monitoring, and recovery with other engineering teams.
