Job summary

QBE Federal is seeking a Senior Virtualization Specialist at Fort Gordon, GA. You will analyze and improve hosted enterprise virtual servers, ensuring correct storage, redundancy, networking and hardware configurations from RAM sizing to failover priority.

Strong OpenShift and virtualization expertise are required. The role demands 7–10+ years in systems engineering, a relevant bachelor’s degree, DoD cyber certs, and TS/SCI clearance.

• Significant systems analysis experience and expert knowledge of virtualization technologies, specifically Red Hat OpenShift.

• Configure hosted enterprise virtual servers and hand them to administrators with proper storage, redundancy, networking and virtual hardware.

Every GEOINT site depends on virtual servers that are built right the first time. QBE is looking for a Senior Virtualization Specialist at Fort Gordon, GA, to analyze and improve the virtual server systems behind Scalable GEOINT. You'll make sure hosted enterprise virtual servers are delivered with the right storage, redundancy, networking and virtual hardware.
