Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years designing, testing, upgrading, and supporting Windows desktop environments.
• Experience with SCCM 2012+ for deploying apps, OS images, and patches.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and Group Policy expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform application packaging and OS deployments.
• Maintain security patching for Windows 7–10 and Office 2010–2016.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases; document bulletins and advisories.
• Provide status reports on systems and services; participate in on-call as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize OS image and app integrations.
