Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience with desktop operating systems, hardware and peripherals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.
• Plan, install, test, operate, troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Plan deployment of new hardware, OS and applications.
• IAT Level 2 certification with IA and Windows OS cert.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts, network rights, file permissions, access to systems and equipment.
• Maintain system images, configuration and backups.
• Perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
