Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems, AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP.
• Perform backups, monitor performance, and apply security patches.
• Create/modify/delete user accounts, manage permissions, and password resets.
• Provide Tier II/III support for workstation and server issues.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Implement basic security measures including virus scans and firewall management.
