Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Senior System Administrator (On-Site) in Fairfield, CA to lead day‑to‑day compute, storage, and cloud operations. The role requires deep expertise in Windows Server environments and Azure cloud services, plus hands‑on experience with Cisco UCS and HyperFlex platforms.

The ideal candidate will manage on‑prem and cloud infra, ensure SLAs, and participate in on‑call incident response. A CLETS background check and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive hands-on experience in systems administration and network operating systems.
• Azure expertise with Entra ID/Azure AD and M365 proficiency is required.
• Near-term role requires CLETS background check and work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily service requests and incidents via ServiceNow.
• Communicate clearly with users and leadership at all levels.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Respond to outages, identify root causes, restore services to meet SLAs.
• Manage on‑premises and cloud infrastructure to meet QoS targets.
• Oversee lifecycle of compute and storage hardware/software.
• Support after-hours incident response and on-call rotation.
• Create system topology diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
• Document technical details in the ServiceNow knowledge base.
• Manage asset inventory for compute and storage equipment.
• Collaborate with IT service towers on cross-functional projects.
