Job summary

Neumo seeks a Senior System Administrator to lead day‑to‑day operations of on‑premises and cloud infrastructure in a large public sector environment. The role requires expert Microsoft Azure experience, strong Windows Server knowledge, and mastery of Active Directory, DNS, PKI, MECM/SCCM, and Entra ID.

You will maintain security, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration while supporting multiple data centres.

Qualifications

• Requires at least one of: Computer Science Degree, MCP or equivalent Windows Server/Azure certs.
• 6+ years of experience in a similar position or equivalent mix of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily service requests and incident tickets via ServiceNow.
• Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders at all levels; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Manage on‑premises and cloud compute/storage; ensure SLAs and QoS targets.
• Lead multiple projects from design through implementation; oversee hardware/software lifecycle.
• Create system topology diagrams and maintain technical documentation.
