Job summary

Neumo is seeking a senior systems administrator to lead day-to-day operations of compute and storage across on‑prem and Azure environments. The role requires expert Azure, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, MECM/SCCM, Entra ID, and Cisco UCS experience.

Strong documentation and collaboration skills are essential. Collaborating across IT service towers, you will ensure SLAs and QoS targets are met while participating in after-hours incident response when needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a similar role or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in Windows Server, Office 365 or Azure are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily service requests and incidents via ServiceNow.
• Provide clear communication with users and leadership at all levels.
• Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Maintain and monitor on-premises and cloud compute/storage infrastructure.
