Job summary

CodeRoad Inc is seeking a Senior Systems & DevOps Engineer to anchor management, release management, and CI/CD optimization for Windows Server and Azure environments, bridging software development pods and infrastructure operations.

You will own deployment automation, IIS hosting, PowerShell scripting, and monitoring across Azure services (including Azure Service Bus) and serverless components, ensuring uptime and scalable performance for client software products.

Qualifications

Advanced PowerShell scripting for Windows Server administration and deployment automation.
Experience administering enterprise Windows environments and IIS hosting.
Knowledge of CI/CD tooling (TeamCity/Jenkins/Bamboo) and automated release processes.
Hands-on with Octopus Deploy for deployment orchestration.

Responsibilities

Manage Windows & Web Infrastructure: administer Windows Server and IIS apps for uptime and performance.
Build & Release Automation: optimize CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity/Octopus Deploy for streamlined releases.
Scripting & Automation: author and maintain PowerShell scripts for deployment tasks.
Package Management: support artifact workflows (NuGet, npm, pnpm).
Cloud Operations & Monitoring: assist in Azure monitoring and serverless components (Azure Functions).
Troubleshooting & Support: escalate build failures and deployment outages.
