Job summary

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional IT experience in systems administration and/or infrastructure support.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and enterprise systems.
Familiarity with server patching and automation tools (e.g., NinjaOne).
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Nutanix).
Understanding of IAM concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

Monitoring system and network health and responding to performance issues.
Supporting and maintaining server infrastructure, including patching and updates.
Project work (Nutanix migration, IAM tooling changes, process improvements).
Escalated support issues (ticket-based work).
