Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass fleet check.
• Window and door installation experience.
• OSHA regulations and safe work practices knowledge.
• PPE usage and safety awareness.
• Renewal installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install basic window and door products on jobsite per Renewal standards.
• Proper installation of insulation types and water management.
• Prepare openings: L-flange, patio doors, entry doors; seal and level.
• Setup and teardown of jobsite; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Identify hazards, coordinate with installers to maximize efficiency.
• Set basic product styles and maintain company vehicle.
• Attend punctually and perform other duties as assigned.
