Job summary

Esler Companies LLC, Renewal by Andersen’s Maine operation, is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to install windows and doors, define workflow, and ensure every project meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards.

You will handle project paperwork, coordinate with customers, and travel within your territory, with 5–7 years in construction project management and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for handling customer conflicts.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks at hand.
• Ability to travel within location territory.
• Valid US driver's license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Apply installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for every fenestration.
• Ensure all projects have been sold in a manner commensurate with company policies and financial objectives.
• Determine workflow, project complexity, and identification of appropriate skills necessary to complete a project.
• Provide complete installation methods and material estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards.
• Processing of project related paperwork and other administrative duties, including EPA lead safe work practice documentation.
• Other job duties as assigned.
