Job summary

Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the installation life cycle and direct subcontractors, ensuring projects meet financial objectives and homeowner expectations in Maine.

You will manage installation practices, coordinate workflow, and prepare accurate estimates while handling administrative duties and safety documentation. A valid US driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Ability to travel within location territory.
• Valid US driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Excellent communication skills for handling customer conflicts.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks at hand.

Responsibilities

• Apply installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for every fenestration.
• Ensure all projects have been sold in a manner commensurate with company policies and financial objectives.
• Determine workflow, project complexity, and identification of appropriate skills necessary to complete a project.
• Provide complete installation methods and material estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards.
• Processing of project related paperwork and other administrative duties, including EPA lead safe work practice documentation.
• Other job duties as assigned

We’re looking for an Installation Manager to join America’s leading window & door company! As an Installation Manager for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will manage the installation life cycle, including the direction of subcontractors and decisions affecting the financial outcome of the project.
