Job summary

Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Installation Manager in Texas to lead the installation life cycle for window and door projects. You will supervise subcontractors and make decisions affecting project profitability while focusing on homeowner satisfaction and quality workmanship.

The role requires 5–7 years in construction project management, independent work, strong math and communication skills, travel within the territory, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong mathematical skills and numerical judgment.
• Excellent communication for resolving customer conflicts.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Must be able to travel within the location territory.
• Valid US driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of windows and doors; direct subcontractors; influence project finances.
• Ensure projects are sold and executed per company policies and financial goals.
• Assess workflow, project complexity, and skill requirements.
• Provide installation methods and material estimates meeting standards.
• Process project paperwork, including EPA lead-safe practices documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
