Job summary

Esler Companies in Sparks, Nevada, is seeking dedicated window and door installers. As an Installer for Renewal by Andersen, you will work with top-tier products and provide a world-class customer service experience. Responsibilities include safe installations, customer walkthroughs, and finish work.

Qualifications

• Experience working in construction, a trade, window installation, or similar.
• Experience working with a metal brake and power tools.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• A proven track record of superior craftsmanship.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe and efficient demolition and completion of the installation project.
• Perform walkthroughs with customers before and after the project.
• Preparation of windows, doors, and existing openings.
• Exterior and Interior finish work on all products.
• Working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.

• Preparation of windows, doors, and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning.
• Exterior and Interior finish work on all products.
• Working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.
