Qualifications

• 2-5+ years’ Windchill upgrade experience.
• 3-5 Windchill upgrades completed.
• Strong Windchill knowledge and data management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Run WinDU and WinRU analysis and repair tasks.
• Fix data integrity or system issues identified by WinDU/WinRU.
• Execute Upgrade Manager and resolve upgrade blocks.
• Create and update tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Write technical notes and upgrade documentation.
• Follow established quality processes and obtain reviews.
