Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking a Windchill Upgrade Consultant in the United States to drive Windchill upgrade initiatives applying WinDU/WinRU and Upgrade Manager.

The role requires hands-on experience upgrading Windchill, data management, and familiarity with ServiceNow tickets. Remote work within the U.S. is supported with eligibility to work in the US and a strong focus on delivering high-quality, timely solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years’ experience in Windchill Upgrades.
• Have executed at least 3-5 upgrades.
• Strong Windchill Knowledge and architecture understanding.
• Knowledge of Windchill data management and infrastructure capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Run WinDU and WinRU analysis and repair tools.
• Fix data integrity or system issues found by WinDU and WinRU.
• Execute the Upgrade Manager and resolve upgrade blocks.
• Create and update tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Write technical notes and upgrade documentation.
• Follow quality processes for tasks with appropriate reviews.
• Participate in sharing knowledge within the team.
• Execute to plan.
