Job summary

KellyOCG is seeking a Senior Windchill Developer / Solution Architect (Contract) to architect and deliver enterprise-grade PLM solutions on the Windchill platform. Location: San Jose, CA or US remote, PST hours.

The role requires 10+ years Windchill development and strong Java/REST, with hands-on module customization and integration with SAP, AEM, and other systems. You will lead technical efforts, mentor juniors, and administer Windchill in collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Windchill development/architecture experience.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Windchill modules.
• Proven experience with PLM integrations and customizations.
• Strong coding background (Java, REST, Windchill APIs).
• Proficiency in Oracle/SQL Server, QML, and Jasper reporting.
• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced PLM solutions using Windchill.
• Customize and configure modules: PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, PartsLink, QMS, Options & Variants, ThingWorx Navigate, and more.
• Integrate Windchill with business systems (SAP, AEM, etc.).
• Lead technical efforts and mentor junior developers.
• Administer Windchill and work closely with business stakeholders.
