Qualifications

• 16–18 years of experience in PLM and large-scale programs.
• Deep Windchill PLM solution architecture expertise.
• Define roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and analyze requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams.
• Lead governance, data models, workflows and lifecycle states.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM implementations.
• Define data models, workflows, and lifecycle states.
• Steer solution design and workshops with stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities and proposals.
• Mentor solution architects and technical leads.
