Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician with GE 1.5 experience to lead a crew through major component replacements across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

You will oversee prep, crane operations, and return-to-service tasks, directly coordinating crane lifts and safety procedures. The role requires travel to customer sites, where you will lead gearbox, main bearing, and blade exchanges for high-performance maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• GE 1.5 experience required or demonstrated
• Leadership experience leading crews
• Experience with major component replacements in wind turbines

Responsibilities

In this role, you will help support and grow the company’s GE operations, traveling to customer sites across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico to lead major component replacements, including gearbox, main bearing, and blade exchanges.

The Role:
