Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 7+ years engineering experience focused on measuring, maintaining and improving system performance.
• Strong wind energy operations or renewable asset performance experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for wind turbine software, controls and operability.
• Analyse turbine and plant performance to identify lost production and derates.
• Lead regular performance reviews with site teams and present findings.
• Manage fleet-level turbine software and control-parameter configurations.
• Develop tools and analytical methods to improve early detection of issues.
