Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in engineering focusing on measuring, maintaining, and improving system performance.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine systems, controls, SCADA, and performance metrics.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on wind turbine software, controls, and operability for performance requests and troubleshooting.
• Lead performance reviews with site teams and report on lost production drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Manage fleet control parameter and software configurations for reliable turbine operation.
• Apply fault analytics to identify energy loss sources and propose solutions.
• Define metrics and monitor performance of operating renewable assets using SCADA and operational data.
