You will provide technical guidance, supervise staff, and ensure client expectations are met. Travel up to 10% is required, with a mix of remote and office work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Licensure in multiple states is required or pursued.
• 5+ years of wind geotechnical experience.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Consulting firm experience is a plus.
• Travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work and proposals for wind geotechnical projects.
• Manage wind geotechnical projects including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead business development and client relationships in the wind sector.
• Mentor junior staff and review analyses and reports.
• Coordinate with regional leaders on staffing and workloads.
• Prepare technical reports and professional documents.
