Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geotechnical, civil engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer registration/licensure required.
• Candidate will be licensed in multiple states.
• 5+ years of power/renewables geotechnical experience.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Consulting experience a plus; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead work procurement for renewable power generation projects and client opportunities with revenue goals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through meetings and site visits.
• Oversee scope of work development and assist in proposals for moderate to complex projects.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team with regular in-person and remote interaction.
• Lead or support client contract negotiations per policy; manage project risk.
