Responsibilities
- Provide technical engineering solutions and repairs/escalation for field issues.
- Collaborate with first level support to identify failure trends and initiate corrective actions.
- Provide technical supervision for retrofits and validation to improve performance.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) programs.
- Lead proactive technical solutions to prevent major issues.
- Lead stakeholder reviews and technical discussions with internal and external teams.
