Job summary

ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Wind Farm Site Manager to lead wind farm operations and maintenance in Texas. You will oversee site personnel and contractors to maximize turbine availability while promoting a safe work environment and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in operations and maintenance with leadership experience; you will manage budgets, training, and performance reporting, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations and maintenance experience in the energy industry; renewable energy experience and a technical degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of leadership experience required, including supervising teams and managing contractors.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems; ability to perform switching and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead wind farm employees and contractors to maximize turbine availability and safety.
• Provide training and technical support to Wind Turbine Technicians for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance activities and safety training.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and operating cost analyses for wind farms.
