ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Wind Farm Site Manager to lead wind farm operations and maintenance at the San Roman Wind Farm in Texas. You will supervise site personnel and contractors to maximize turbine availability and promote a safe, compliant work environment.

The role includes developing annual operating budgets, preparing performance reports, and guiding technicians through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment commissioning.

Formación

• 5+ years of operations and maintenance experience in the energy industry, renewable focus preferred.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience supervising teams and contractors.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Ability to obtain certification for low- and medium-voltage equipment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills for wind farm performance.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication; Microsoft Office suite; JD Edwards/Maximo experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise wind farm employees and contractors to maximize turbine availability.
• Provide training and technical support to Wind Turbine Technicians for maintenance and commissioning.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance activities and inspections.
• Conduct safety analyses and manage site safety training, PPE, and lockout/tagout usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements; maintain cleanliness.
• Perform root cause analyses to identify failure modes and contributing factors.
• Manage site inventory including tools, consumables, and spare parts.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and maintenance documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on wind farm performance, maintenance, and operating costs.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and monitoring expenditures.
