Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking a Purchaser IV - V to manage highly complex or advanced procurement work under the Purchasing and Contracting Team Lead. You will plan, organize, coordinate, and prepare specifications for purchasing commodities and services, and maintain detailed procurement records in compliance with agency and state guidelines.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business or public administration and three to four years in public

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field.
• Three years of experience in public purchasing and procurement of goods and services.
• Two years of experience in moderately complex solicitations and specification writing.

Responsabilités

• Prepare specifications for purchasing commodities and services.
• Prepare procurement documents and maintain detailed records of items purchased, received, prepared, and issued.
• Ensure compliance with statewide procurement guidelines administered by the Texas Comptroller's office.
