Job summary

Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our wildfire litigation team. This fully remote role supports a fast-paced practice in state and federal courts, collaborating with attorneys and fellow paralegals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in litigation, strong Filevine/Everlaw experience, and are adept at filings, discovery, and trial prep under California procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in litigation, wildfire or mass tort preferred.
• Proficient with Filevine, Everlaw, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office.
• Must understand civil litigation processes and California procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage high caseloads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with court filings and discovery in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update litigation files in Filevine and Everlaw.
• Track deadlines for discovery, depositions, and trial dates.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses.
• Coordinate discovery with opposing counsel and depose planning.
• Create trial binders and organize exhibits and witness lists.
• Conduct legal research to support motions and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with court rules and filing deadlines.
