Job summary

Amazon is seeking a WHS Program Manager for AMZL to design and execute safety programs across large operations. You will dive into operational processes, identify risks through data and first-hand experience, and lead cross-functional teams to build a world-class safety culture.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives and is based in Seattle, Arlington, or Nashville with about 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, approve, coordinate, and lead large, strategic projects / programs within Amazon BUs and across geographies.
• Build relationships and partner across organizations to build and execute on new initiatives and roadmaps each year.
• Work with stakeholders and partners to align on project goals and resources.
• Coordinate a portfolio of programs / projects from inception to delivery.
• Define and implement metrics to measure program achievements.
