Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks a Wholesale Portfolio Management Officer to own underwriting and growth of a credit portfolio while ensuring risk controls and policy compliance. You will partner with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to optimize asset quality and client value.

Responsibilities include end-to-end portfolio ownership, covenant management in nCino, and preparing credit documentation.

Qualifications

• Formal credit training preferred.
• 10+ years in complex credit portfolios.
• Strong understanding of credit risk and underwriting standards.
• Data-driven decision making and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of assigned portfolio; ensure timely actions.
• Analyze credit trends and portfolio metrics to identify risks.
• Prepare covenant waivers, credit approvals, and watch list plans.
• Conduct annual reviews and covenant tests.
• Collaborate with RMs, Portfolio Risk Officers, Credit Specialists, and Loan Operations.
• Support renewals and cross-sell opportunities using portfolio data.
• Provide data-driven insights on concentrations and risk exposures.
