Job summary

APP Group, parent of Mackage and SOIA & KYO, is a global fashion group with offices in Montreal and major markets including New York. The Senior Planner analyzes sales and inventory performance, develops seasonal plans, and delivers data-driven insights to support business objectives.

You will work cross-functionally across Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Production to forecast, plan, and drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or retail-related field is required.
• 5+ years in a planning role within department stores, wholesale brands, or similar retail environments.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and storytelling with data to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and publish weekly sales flash reports and dashboards by account, market, category and door, including stock and margins.
• Develop 6-month seasonal plans by account to achieve wholesale targets and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results across sales, merchandising, finance and supply chain.
• Maintain open-to-buys and RTV trackers to manage inventory and returns by account.
• Create season budgets and projection files by season and account for wholesale North America fabric estimates and buy.
• Provide visibility to sales performance and inventory through regular reporting to senior leadership.
