Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group is seeking experienced brokers across the West Region who can turn complex risks into smart placement strategies and trusted retail partnerships. You’ll deepen relationships, develop new opportunities and leverage specialty teams and carrier networks to extend reach.

You’ll have the chance to work with 300+ carrier relationships and 55+ locations across the U.S., UK and Europe, focusing on construction, general liability, environmental liability and other specialty markets.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license required.
• Experience in wholesale brokerage, underwriting or specialty insurance production is essential.
• Strong network with retail agents and carriers.
• Entrepreneurial, relationship-driven approach to business development.

Responsibilities

• Grow a profitable book of business.
• Deepen relationships with retail agents and become a go-to resource for difficult or unusual risks.
• Design placement strategies, negotiate terms and deliver coverage solutions that create value for customers.
• Identify new opportunities by connecting relationships with Bridge’s specialty teams and carrier network.
• Share market insights and help develop emerging brokerage talent.
