You’ll have the opportunity to deepen established relationships, develop new opportunities and leverage specialty colleagues, broad carrier access and capabilities that extend beyond any one office or practice.

Qualifications

• Wholesale brokerage track record with retail agents.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow a profitable book of business.
• Deepen relationships with agents and partners.
• Design placement strategies and negotiate terms.
• Identify new opportunities through Bridge’s network.
• Share market insights and mentor emerging brokers.
